Well, last week you started getting rid of the mad by sending for the Getting Rid of the Mad list. I hope you have taken the time to create your list and have gotten started listing all the people and all the things that they did that made you mad. Don't forget to include groups, ie--political parties, religious groups, etc, and remember to include yourself and the things you are mad at yourself about.

Getting Rid Of The Mad List
If we feel anger, fear, worry and guilt then we can’t bring more good things into our lives. So we have to choose--hang onto the anger or let it go to make room for things we want.
